What are the shuttle service fees to and from the airport?

For Istanbul New Airport, the shuttle service costs 45 Euros one way and 80 Euros for a round trip. For Sabiha Gokcen Airport, it is 50 Euros one way and 90 Euros for a round trip. Are standard rooms located on ground level or higher floors?
